Thankful for Reading Buddies

Our 1st grade Reading Buddies joined us on the Friday before Thanksgiving to create these fun Turkey Glyphs. My 1st grade teaching colleague is a ninja at coming up with fun activities for our classes to do together.

To get our students in the spirit of this time of year we decided to have them help us create a

 "Thankful Tree." 

I decided to share a few of the things they and our teachers are grateful for this year.
